You’ve read the brochures as well as the relevant pages on the Traffic Safety Foundation’s website and you’ve installed the child car seat in your vehicle. But what if you still have questions or are concerned about how you’ve installed the child seat? That’s what the Child Seat Information Line is all about.

Inspection checks

If you require additional help, you might consider booking an appointment for a Child Seat Check. Refer to the schedule [PDF] to see if a check is coming up in your area. All checks are run by Certified Child Safety (CCS) Educators.

In some areas of the province, child seat checks are conducted by other organizations and individuals. Refer to the Child Seat Community Contacts [PDF] to see if checks are available in your area.
