Autoplan Brokers — The Way to Go program is an excellent BC resource for parents, Parent Advisory Committees and schools.

National Safety Council — An American site, but contains some good tips. Check out the Back to School Safety Tips.

Bicycle Safety

Bike Smarts Program — A handbook outlining six bicycle safety sessions that cover everything from the rules of the road to riding through intersections. Developed in BC by a coalition of agencies including ICBC, various Government of BC ministries and Cycling BC.

Bike Sense — This handbook was developed by the Greater Victoria Cycling Coalition and covers the rules of the road as they apply to cyclists in BC.
